Placing an order
Simply select the items you wish to purchase and click on the add to cart button, your items wil display in the mini shopping cart on the right hand edge of the screen and also in the main shopping cart on the screen, you can then continue to make additional product selections by clicking on the Continue Shopping link.
When you have finished making all your selections click on the checkout button and you will be taken to enter your customer and shipping information - please ensure that you complete this fully in order to make it possible for us to process your order.
Please note the shipping address must be the cardholders billing address.
Please also ensure that you select the correct delivery for your product as delivery charges may vary depending on your location. For full details of our delivery rates please see our shipping rates page.
Your order total inclusive of delivery will then be displayed. Simply click checkout again and you will then be taken to Paypal to enter your credit card information. Once all your details are complete click submit to complete your order.
You will shortly receive a confirmation that your order has been placed and receive confirmation once your order has been processed for shipping.
Please note that your credit card will not be billed until your order has been processed. You will then receive confirmation of your order. Credit card transactions are subject to a 2% handling fee.
Paying by Cheque
In the event that you wish to place an order and pay by cheque, please follow the same procedure as above but select Email rather than Paypal (underneath the shipping details). Please send a copy of your order along with the cheque to our address.
Once your cheque has been received and cleared, goods can then be dispatched.
Items not shown on the website
In the event there is a paintball product not shown on the website that you are particularly interested in, please let us know as we value our customer feedback and want to supply products to meet paintballer's requirements.

In the event you have to return any product, please contact us in the first instance for a returns number. No returns can be accepted without one.
