How do I place an order
Simply find the product you wish to purchase and then click on the Buy button, your product selection will be added to your shopping cart and you can choose to add further products or you can proceed to checkout. You will need to enter your details and preferred delivery option, you will then be directed to enter your credit card information through a secure connection. Please note that credit card transactions are subject to a 2% handling fee.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, the default payment option is Credit Card but if you click in that box you will have the option of selecting email. Simply complete the order as before and send us your cheque, once the cheque has cleared your goods will be despatched.
What happens if I have to return anything?
We have a returns policy in place. Click here for full instructions. Please note that products cannot be returned once they have been used. Items such as paintballs cannot be returned.
How soon can I expect delivery?
Providing the item is in stock we aim to ensure that all orders are despatched within 24-48 hours (working days) from our confirmation that your items are in stock and payment has been accepted.
Please note that items can only be delivered to the credit card billing address.
I cannot find exactly what I am looking for?
Please let us know using our feedback form or email or telephone us and we will try and get it for you if possible.
We want to offer as many products as possible however as there are many thousand products available, we will be adding products on a weekly basis so please check back regularly.
